Challenge Property Investments Group Pty Ltd was established in May 2003, by its Executive Director, Mr Rocco Triulcio, and it is his extensive development management experience that is the strength at the core of Challenge Property Investments Group Pty Ltd.

Rocco Triulcio started his property development career in 1990, where he founded Chase Property Investments Pty Ltd and was a director of that company until July, 2004.  During his time with Chase Property Investments, Rocco developed an extensive Development Portfolio including:

Rocco played a pivotal role in the development of The Italian Forum on Norton Street, Leichhardt. It was his vision of bringing a little bit of the real Italy to the middle of ‘Little Italy’ in suburban Sydney that gave us the Piazza with its fountain, restaurants, exclusive boutiques and residential apartments that the public enjoys immensely.

Today, Challenge Property Investments Group has continued developing landmark sites which include the Top Ryde City Shopping centre and Apartments. Top Ryde City is the largest privately owned mixed use development being undertaken in Australia with a project value of $700 Million.

Challenge Property Investments has developed longstanding relationships in the property development sector, including governments, local councils, town planners, surveyors, architects, engineers, designers and builders. These relationships are a crucial component to our operation and allow Challenge Property Investments Group to become the market leader for mixed use developments.
